The work that will define the next decade of the health workforce is being built now.

SALUS VITAE GROUP DEVELOPS THE PROFESSIONALS BUILDING IT.

We work with health sector professionals advancing educational, clinical, and workforce capability to help them do their best work, lead with greater confidence, and elevate the standard of what they build, so the people they develop, the organizations they serve, and the field they shape can move forward with them.

The health sector is remaking itself.

The competencies the field develops have multiplied, driven by continuously evolving accreditation standards and workforce models the system has never had to build before. Professionals are navigating demands that look entirely different from the practice that trained them.

The conditions that make serious work possible have not kept pace.

The educational, clinical, and workforce infrastructure of the field is being remade from the ground up. What has not kept pace are the conditions that make serious work possible.

Knowledge was never the gap.

The gap is production. The structured process for converting deep expertise into finished, defensible work is whats missing.

Health sector professionals are among the most knowledgeable people in any room. What they rarely have is the environment to develop in the ways their expertise deserves, which limits both what they produce and how far it reaches.

Most serious educational and workforce work gets built in the margins of a full calendar. The work has not gotten easier and it’s being done alone. Consuming more information doesn't fix what is missing.

The environment wasn’t there.

Now it is, and it changes things at every level.

When health sector professionals engage with our team, three things happen at once:

WHO WE WORK WITH

Three types of professionals.
One compounding impact.

We work with health sector professionals who carry real responsibility for educational, clinical, and workforce capability. We develop the professional and the work at the same time. When the right conditions exist, serious professionals do their best work. And when they do, everyone they develop, every system they build, and the field they are shaping moves forward with them.

OUR TEAM

Proven in the field

Our team has spent two decades inside the institutions shaping global health, navigating universities, medical centers, NGOs, consultancies, the public sector, and pharmaceutical organizations. That deep operational practice is exactly what our methodology, faculty standard, and cohort structure are built from.

We have designed and executed more than 25+ programs through the Health Academy, advised organizations, and presented on global stages. We took every lesson from that work and embedded it in how we operate today.

HOW WE WORK

Three ways to work with us.

The Fellowship is our deepest engagement. In six months, health sector professionals take work from intention to field-ready while developing both their thinking and what they produce. Advisory partnerships bring that same production capacity inside institutions, built to stay and grow over time. Speaking brings two decades of field practice into the conferences and leadership rooms where the sector's direction is being set. Advisory and speaking extend this work to institutions and audiences with different needs, with partnerships shaped in conversation. All three are held to the same standard.

THE FELLOWSHIP

Six months of structured production

Cohort 1 - November 2026

You bring a piece of work you’re responsible for or would like to create, such as a curriculum, workforce framework, or educational scholarship piece. It may be something your institution needs, or something you’ve been wanting to build on your own terms. The program gives you editorial scrutiny, a senior peer cohort, and the structure to finish it.

SPEAKING

Keynotes & workshops. Any audience

Booking 2026/2027

We present at conferences, academic medical centers, workshops, and leadership convening adapted to each audience, format, and needs. Our audience leaves with a clearer picture of the specific changes their work requires, and a shared language for the decisions infront of them.

SEE TOPICS

ADVISORY

Institutional capability engagements

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

For organizations with a specific educational or workforce capability question that needs senior involvement and judgement. Engagements are scoped to the specific challenge infront of the organization and build capability that stays with the practitioners themselves, who go on to develop others at a higher level.

START A CONVERSATION

Every engagement connects to something larger:

developing the professionals shaping what comes next in the health sector, so the work they produce stays with them and continues to reach the the health sector long after the engagement ends.

The health sector needs professionals building at the highest level they can.

You already have the knowledge. We build the environment that turns it into work the field can use.
