  • These programs are typically offered in various formats including Certificate Programs, Short Courses, or Masterclasses.  In addition, Workshops or Bootcamps on these topics for individuals or groups are available in-person upon request.   • You will have access to the training based on the cohort's start date or session indicated when you enroll. Please be mindful of all dates (open and close) when enrolling. 

  • The training varies in the time commitments.  Unless otherwise indicated, they are delivered via self-paced, on-demand videos and articles. You will also spend time reflecting outside of the videos. 

     

    Masterclasses: ~ 1 - 2 hours

    Short courses: ~ 4 - 6 hours

    Certificate programs: ~ 8 - 10 hours

  • The deadline to enroll varies based on the session or cohort you registered. Please be mindful of all dates (open and close) when enrolling. 

  • Many trainings are conducted online, and you can use your own computer to access the content. Some trainings may be done in-person. Each training will clearly indicate the format. 

  • Follow the prompts to enroll in the specific training. If there is a particular enrollment process or training requirement, it will be clearly indicated during registration. 

  • For online training, you will receive self-guided, on-demand videos. Usually the videos are recorded, and no "live" videos or events will occur unless otherwise noted. This will be clearly indicated during registration. Depending on the training, you may complete a number of milestones along with the program content. The milestones help you reflect on your learning as you progress through the training.

  • Our trainings are designed by industry experts to cover today's most critical healthcare and public health topics. They aim to broaden your understanding, challenge assumptions, and re-imagine various public health and healthcare topics. The trainings help you acquire the knowledge needed, expand your perspectives, and enhance your confidence to understand, interpret, and critically evaluate information on each topic. 

  • All trainings will provide a sharable certificate of completion. 

  • The trainings are meant for both clinical and non-clinical professionals that want to enhance their capabilities, advance their careers, and make an impact in the health sector. They are designed for diverse learners, stakeholders and decision-makers in public health and healthcare. If you are wondering if you can or should participate, reach out to our team to discuss.

  • The registration fee depends on the type of training received. For example, Masterclasses are $97 per participant, Short Courses are $350 per participant, and Certificate Programs are $650 per participant. Contact our team to discuss Workshops, Bootcamps, and Custom training fees or to inquire on group rates. We may offer various promotions and discounts from time to time. Please note, Due to the format of our offerings, all transactions are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Each offering differs in terms of the length of access, and it varies based on member vs. non-member participants. The offerings are intentionally designed with limited access to prompt participants to learn and implement the material swiftly. This encourages participants to immerse themselves fully in the content and swiftly integrate new skills into their professional or academic pursuits. We aim to cultivate proactive learning habits and work to ensure participants can leverage their newfound skills effectively in real-world scenarios within a recent timeframe. The hope is that participants take action on what they’ve learned shortly after enrolling and completing the training. Please be mindful of the dates when enrolling.

  • You also have the option to add  one-on-one call(s) with one of our seasoned experts to discuss individual questions related to the topic. Contact our team to discuss further. 

  • Members can take advantage of a $50 credit for training programs, offering a way to improve skills while saving money. This credit cannot be used for Masterclasses. Instead, a 15% discount is provided for members interested in enrolling in Masterclasses.

    Members have access to specific trainings sessions for a longer period of time. They receive priority and discounted registration to various events. They gain access to a wealth of exclusive materials, including specialized training modules and industry insights, that are not available to non-members.

    They receive access to events organized exclusively for them. Members can earn certifications and badges, enhancing credibility and recognition within the industry.

    Members also can receive one free curated book per annual membership to help them stay ahead. The books are chosen by our team and not subject to change by the member. Members will be notified when book is shipped. This benefit is only available to members residing in the United States.
